By accessing or using the PayLink platform ("Service"), operated by Alavont Holdings ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
PayLink is a workforce operations platform providing payroll processing, time tracking, scheduling, employee management, contractor management, and related HR services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis to licensed organizations.
To use the Service, your organization must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You may use the Service solely for your organization's internal workforce management purposes. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. We process Your Data solely to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
PayLink provides payroll calculation, tax withholding estimation, and form generation tools. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all payroll calculations, tax withholdings, and filings. We are not a licensed payroll service provider and do not file taxes on your behalf. You should consult with qualified tax and accounting professionals regarding your payroll obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the Service.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of Your Data within 30 days. After that period, we may delete Your Data in accordance with our data retention policies.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
